Call for an urgent response by International Law and Human Rights Experts

In the first days of the war, the head of the Civil Commission, Dr. Cochav Elkayam Levy, drafted a report calling for an urgent response from experts in international law and human rights. The letter was signed by over 160 Law Professors around the world, experts in international law and human rights. This letter details the serious violations of human rights according to international law in the terrorist attack by Hamas on October 7 and was sent to the UN institutions, human rights activists in the world and leaders.
